Attraction Development Manager / Attraction Manager – Jeddah Launch

Good day! We are looking for a responsible and organized person for the position of Attraction Manager in Jeddah. Initially, the work will involve searching for a property to open the attraction; after signing the lease agreement, you will be able to start your duties as the attraction manager.

House of Attractions is a network of unique entertainment attractions in Poland, attracting thousands of visitors every day. We are looking for a manager who will help create and bring this space to life.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in Arabic
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian
  • Ability to organize your own work and manage a team
  • Communication skills, responsibility, and independence
  • Experience in team management or running a venue is a plus
  • Experience in marketing is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Searching for a suitable property to lease
  • Organizing and coordinating the daily operations of the attractions
  • Managing staff schedules and workflow
  • Handling technical and organizational issues as they arise
  • Maintaining order and ensuring smooth functioning of the venue
  • Answering phone calls and handling client inquiries
  • Collaborating with management and reporting on daily operations
