Auburn Auto Group is looking for a motivated and reliable Accounting Assistant / Office Administrator to join our growing team. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we provide the support and training you need to succeed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage accounts receivable, with some support in accounts payable
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and monthly summaries
  • Prepare and reconcile daily bank deposits
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and statements
  • Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in accounting or office administration is preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Solid communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team mindset
