Job Summary:

The Auction Hall Incharge plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily auction operations. This position supports the Operations Manager in managing staff, maintaining operational flow, and upholding company standards. The role demands strong control over on-site activities, including coordination with clients, drivers, bid catchers, and internal teams, ensuring an efficient, disciplined, and customer-focused auction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily auction hall operations to ensure seamless execution of all activities.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of operations staff, including drivers, bid catchers, and support personnel.
  • Maintain effective client handling and ensure professional resolution of on-site customer issues.
  • Coordinate closely with sales, logistics, procurement, and admin teams to ensure timely and efficient workflows.
  • Monitor auction activities to ensure compliance with operational standards and schedules.
  • Identify bottlenecks and suggest actionable improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support the Operations Manager in manpower planning, task assignment, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and operational policies.
  • Prepare and submit operational performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to management.
  • Act as the point of contact during the absence of the Operations Manager to ensure business continuity.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational discipline among the staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive auction operations.
  • Proven experience in managing auction hall activities, including client coordination, driver and staff supervision, and operational control.
  • Prior supervisory experience in the automotive auction industry is highly preferred.

Languages: Fluent in English and Urdu (Arabic and Hindi are an advantage).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or other operational management software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
