Audio Visual and ELV Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Audio-Visual (AV) Engineer to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality AV services, supporting system implementations, configuring enterprise-grade solutions, and programming control systems. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with problem-solving skills to ensure seamless operation of AV environments across corporate, cultural, and immersive projects.

Key Responsibilities

• AV Service & Support
• Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting for AV systems, including video walls, projection, audio, conferencing, and control platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues to minimize downtime.
• Deliver responsive on-site and remote support for clients and internal teams.
• Implementation Support
• Assist in deploying AV solutions across enterprise, cultural, and immersive environments.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and IT teams to ensure smooth integration with existing infrastructure.
• Conduct system testing, commissioning, and client handover.
• Systems Configuration
• Configure AV hardware and software, including LED processors, DSPs, IPTV systems, and control platforms.
• Optimize system performance through calibration, signal routing, and network configuration (e.g., VLANs, IGMP).
• Document configurations and workflows for team-wide adoption.
• Programming
• Develop and maintain control system code (e.g., Crestron, AMX, Extron, or similar platforms).
• Program automation sequences, user interfaces, and device integrations.
• Ensure programming aligns with project requirements and user experience goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in AV systems integration, service, and support.
• Hands-on expertise with LED processors, DSPs, IPTV, and control systems.
• Proficiency in AV programming languages and platforms (Crestron, AMX, Extron, or similar).
• Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, IGMP).
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
