Senior Technical Engineer - AV/IT/ELV

We are looking for an experienced Technical Engineer certified in AV and control system technologies. IMMEDIATE HIRING

Required Expertise:

• Extron control & AV systems
• Crestron automation systems
• Q-SYS audio DSP systems
• IPTV solutions
• Professional sound system installation & configuration

Requirements:

• Certifications in Extron, Crestron, and/or Q-SYS
• Strong experience in installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning
• Knowledge of AV integration and structured cabling
• Valid UAE Driving License (DL) – Mandatory
• Good communication and reporting skills

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and commission ELV systems, AV systems, Extron, Crestron, Q-SYS, IPTV, digital signage, smart TVs, and professional sound systems.
• In-depth knowledge of Audio-Visual programming using the latest Extron & Crestron AV processors.
• Experience in AV system (control, audio, video) installation, programming, and troubleshooting. Testing for audio and video equipment and proficient in troubleshooting.
• Program and integrate AV control, automation, and ELV systems.
• Install and configure digital signage players, smart TV setups, CMS software, content scheduling, and display networks.
• Conduct site surveys, prepare technical reports, and provide recommendations.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and provide on-site/remote support.
• Coordinate with project and sales teams for timely execution.
• Prepare handover documentation and provide end-user training.
• Ensure quality installation including cabling, rack integration, device setup, and network configuration.
• Maintain service standards and adhere to project timelines.
