Audio Visual Technician

• Set up, operate, and dismantle AV equipment including microphones, speakers, video displays, projectors, and control systems.
• Support live events, meetings, and presentations with seamless AV execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues on-site and during live productions.
• Maintain and inventory AV gear; perform regular system checks and minor repairs.
• Collaborate with internal teams or clients to determine AV needs and solutions.
• Provide technical support for video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
• Assist in recording and editing audio or video content as needed.
• Proven experience in AV setup, operations, or support roles.
• Proficiency with AV systems (e.g., mixers, switchers, PA systems, projectors).
• Familiarity with control systems (Crestron, Extron) is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or certification preferred).
• On-site at corporate offices, event venues, or educational institutions.
• May involve standing for long periods and working under time constraints.
