Role Summary
At Otex Hearing Care Solutions, we believe our team is our most valuable asset. We are seeking a Female, Arabic-speaking Audiologist to join our Abu Dhabi operations. This role is designed for a forward-thinking professional who balances clinical precision with a human-centric approach. The successful candidate will be a key driver in delivering world-class hearing care while maintaining the operational efficiency and waste-reduction standards of the Hearlink branch.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Licensure: Must hold a valid and active DOH (Department of Health) License.
- Language: Native or professional fluency in Arabic and English (Verbal and Written).
- Gender: Female.
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Audiology or Speech & Hearing Sciences (Au.D. or Master’s preferred).
1. Clinical Excellence & Patient Care
- Diagnostic Mastery: Perform comprehensive evaluations, including Pure-tone, Speech, and Immittance testing (Tympanometry and Acoustic Reflex).
- Specialized Testing: Conduct OAEs and vestibular screenings strictly adhering to DOH clinical protocols.
- Treatment & Verification: Expertly fit and program hearing technologies using Real Ear Measurements (REM) and Speech Mapping to ensure evidence-based outcomes.
- Human-Centric Counseling: Provide empathetic counseling in Arabic, translating complex technical data into clear, actionable information for patients and their families.
2. Operational Efficiency & Clinical Auditing
- Workflow Optimization: Actively identify and eliminate "waste" in time and resources within the clinical sequence to enhance patient throughput.
- Departmental Audits: Participate in regular audits of clinical assets, ensuring all equipment is calibrated and stock levels are optimized to prevent service delays.
- Documentation: Maintain precise, audit-ready electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with the Administration Employee Handbook.
- Facility Oversight: Ensure the clinical environment in Abu Dhabi meets the highest standards of hygiene and organization at all times.
3. Patient Journey Management
- End-to-End Care: Manage the patient journey from the initial consultation through to long-term aftercare and rehabilitation.
- Retention & Follow-up: Implement proactive follow-up protocols to ensure patient satisfaction and device compliance.
- Lead Collaboration: Coordinate with the front-of-house and operations teams to ensure a seamless transition for patients between administrative and clinical stages.
4. Culture & Professional Growth
- Peer Engagement: Contribute to a proactive company culture through peer recognition and "Kudos" initiatives.
- Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, attending necessary training to maintain DOH licensure and bring "forward-thinking" solutions to Otex.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
