Audit Analyst

The Audit Analyst is responsible for executing the approved internal audit plan for store, process, and follow-up audits, ensuring adherence to defined audit methodology. The role contributes to improving the organization’s risk and governance framework, supporting the Audit Department, and sharing knowledge to enhance operational efficiency.

1.Financial

• Deliver store audits as per the approved internal audit plan, budgeted timelines, and scope.
• Conduct process audits in line with the annual audit plan, identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Perform timely follow-up audits to verify closure of reported issues, maintaining a tracker of pending points.
• Support preparation of deliverables for Audit Committee meetings, including quarterly reports and store audit trackers.
• Assist in store and process audits for Sharaf Retail days of closure meeting with the process owner.
• Issue final store audit report within 7 days of receiving the management action plan.

2.Customer Orientation

• Enhance the organization’s risk and governance framework by identifying new system and process controls during audits.

3.Learning & Development

• Share knowledge gained during store audits with the team to improve store operations.
• Continuously assess and update personal development goals in line with industry trends and functional advancements.
• Take self-initiative steps to enhance technical and professional skills.

4. Process Adherence

• Ensure departmental SOP compliance in all audit activities.

Qualifications:

• Qualified CA or ACCA.
• 2-5 years’ experience with audit background preferably a CA or ACCA or Commerce graduate.
