Audit Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Review financial statements, ledgers, and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Perform vouching, verification, and analytical procedures.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.
• Prepare working papers, schedules, and audit documentation.
• Support senior auditors in drafting audit reports and recommendations.
• Identify control gaps and suggest improvements in processes.
• Coordinate with clients/other departments to obtain necessary information.
• Keep updated with changes in accounting standards, taxation, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• CA-Inter or CMA-Inter (completed or pursuing).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and taxation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (Tally).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
