Soft Swirl PK LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Audit Coordinator to support our internal audit and compliance functions. The role ensures that financial and operational processes are properly monitored, documented, and aligned with company policies and regulatory standards.

Job Summary

The Audit Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits. The role acts as a key liaison between departments and auditors, ensuring timely collection of data, tracking audit findings, and supporting corrective action follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external audit activities across departments
• Prepare and organize audit schedules, documents, and working papers
• Collect and verify financial, operational, and compliance data
• Assist auditors in reviewing records, transactions, and internal controls
• Track audit findings and follow up on corrective action plans
• Maintain accurate audit documentation and filing systems
• Communicate audit requirements and deadlines to relevant departments
• Support the preparation of audit reports and summaries for management
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of audit-related information
• Assist in improving internal control procedures where gaps are identified

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or compliance role (preferred)
• Strong understanding of internal controls and audit procedures
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail or food & beverage industry is an advantage
• Familiarity with ISO or internal audit standards
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
