Job Title : Audit Executive

Location : Dubai

Salary range: 5000-8000 AED

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for supporting internal audit activities and financial review processes by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies and procedures. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to review financial records, identify discrepancies, and assist in improving internal controls and operational efficiency.

Audit & Compliance

• Assist in conducting internal audits across various departments and business functions
• Review financial records, transactions, and operational procedures for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and UAE regulations
• Identify gaps, risks, and areas for process improvement

Financial review and reporting

• Prepare audit working papers, reports, and supporting documentation
• Analyze financial statements and accounting records
• Assist in preparing audit findings and recommendations for management review
• Maintain proper audit documentation and records

Coordination & monitoring

• Coordinate with departments to obtain required information and clarifications
• Follow up on audit observations and corrective actions
• Support external auditors during statutory and financial audits
• Assist management in implementing internal control procedures

General Support

• support day-to-day audit and finance-related activities
• ensure confidentiality of financial and company information
• perform additional tasks assigned by management as required

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Acca or Inter ca

Experience & Skills

• Experience in Tally software
• Strong Accounting & Bookkeeping knowledge
• Be able to work independently and use their own initiative to learn
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with different levels of staff
• Knowledge of local accounting standards

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
