Audit Field

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Audit Field Officer to join our dynamic parking management team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a critical role in conducting on-site audits to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and operational efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the integrity and success of our parking services across the UAE.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive field audits at various parking sites to verify compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements to management.

- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and corrective actions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate timely resolution of audit issues.

- Monitor and track compliance trends and provide regular updates to senior management.

- Ensure all audit activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and ethical guidelines.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting parking management auditing.

Skills and Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in field auditing, preferably within the parking management or facility management sector.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively report findings and interact with diverse teams.

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a field environment.

- Familiarity with UAE regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office suite.

- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
