Job Title: Audit Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead and manage the full audit lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabian accounting and auditing standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial audits, providing expert guidance to clients, and driving continuous improvement within the audit team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of comprehensive financial audits in accordance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform detailed audit procedures, including risk assessments, sampling, testing, and financial analysis to identify material misstatements.
• Document and communicate audit findings clearly, focusing on significant financial discrepancies.
• Ensure strict adherence to Saudi Arabian accounting and auditing standards throughout all audit processes.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes, industry standards, and best practices to maintain audit excellence.
• Advise clients on financial reporting, compliance issues, and operational enhancements.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
• Present audit outcomes and practical recommendations effectively to clients and stakeholders.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior audit team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and support their career growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to guarantee timely completion of audit assignments.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives to promote a culture of continuous learning and process improvement within the team.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant audit experience, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian accounting and auditing standards.
• Strong analytical thinking, leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
