Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to lead comprehensive audit engagements, ensuring strict adherence to Saudi Arabian accounting and auditing standards. The successful candidate will oversee all audit operations, provide strategic insights to clients, and drive the growth and performance of a dedicated audit team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of financial audits in compliance with local regulations and international best practices.
• Perform thorough risk assessments, audit testing, and analytical reviews to detect potential discrepancies or areas of concern.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise audit reports outlining key findings and actionable recommendations.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Arabian accounting and auditing standards throughout all audit processes.
• Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and industry developments to uphold audit quality and compliance.
• Advise clients on financial reporting, regulatory adherence, and operational enhancements.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Effectively communicate audit outcomes and recommendations to clients and relevant stakeholders.
• Mentor and supervise junior auditors, encouraging their professional development and ensuring high-quality work.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee timely and efficient completion of audits.
• Support knowledge-sharing initiatives to promote continuous learning and improvement within the audit function.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant audit experience, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi accounting and auditing standards.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously while maintaining excellence.
• Willingness and eligibility to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
