We are currently seeking a talented “Audit & Risk Analytics Manager” to join our dynamic “Global Audit” team. Based at our “ HQ, Istabul ”, this role will contribute to transformative projects under the Consumer Group “Global Audit”

Skills and Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree in mathematics, economics, business, engineering, or relevant disciplines,
  • 10+ years of experience in audit/data analytics, with experience in a leadership role,
  • Expertise in data-driven audit approaches, including integrated audit methods (e.g., information technology-based audit activities, data analytics, and data visualization),
  • Experience in continuous auditing processes,
  • Strong Knowledge of SQL is a Must,
  • Strong Knowledge of either R or Python is a Must,
  • Strong Knowledge of SAP ERP system is Highly Prefarable,
  • Experience in a production / FMCG Company in data analytics is Highly Prefarable,
  • Knowledge of Power BI (PBI) is an Asset,
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs,
  • Proficiency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels within the organization,
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset,
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams


Job Description:

  • Lead and manage analytic engagements within the context of the company’s audit methodologies, with a focus on continuous auditing,
  • Analyze business processes and develop business scenarios to enhance a continuous control environment,
  • Oversee the development and execution of analytics processes, including data analysis, dashboards, and control scenarios,
  • Perform the technical administration of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tool,
  • Lead team to examine processes, identify risks, conduct tests of controls, and provide value-added recommendations,
  • Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of operations by examining business processes and developing suggestions accordingly,
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement in internal controls and risk management practices,
  • Mentor and guide a team of audit analytics and continuous audit, ensuring excellence in execution.
