About the Role: External Auditor
Job Description:
The Audit Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing audit engagements, supervising audit staff, and ensuring that audits are conducted in accordance with established
standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background
in auditing and the ability to lead teams effectively, manage client relationships, and provide insightful recommendations for improving internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage multiple audit engagements from start to finish, ensuring compliance with audit methodologies and quality standards.
-Review the work of audit teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to auditing standards and internal policies.
-Identify and assess financial and operational risks, providing guidance on risk mitigation strategies.
Serve as the primary contact for clients during audit engagements, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
-Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements to strengthen the organizations financial integrity.
-Mentor and train junior auditors, helping them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
-Prepare comprehensive audit reports that clearly communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to senior management.
-Contribute to the development and enhancement of audit methodologies, tools, and processes.

Requirements:
-Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, or CPA are highly desirable.
-Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles (IFRS, GAAP), and financial reporting.
-Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
-Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex audit findings.
-Proven ability to lead audit teams, manage projects, and develop staff.
-High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of work.

Other Details:

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 4- 6 years of Auditing Experience.
Working Days: Sunday - Thursday
Salary: In SAR
