Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Internal Audit, Internal Control, or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of auditing principles, accounting standards, and internal control frameworks.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

Job Summary:

The Audit Supervisor will oversee internal auditing processes, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and support finance operations. The role involves supervising audit activities, monitoring controls, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and conduct internal audits across retail and warehouse operations.
• Review and validate POS chief reports, cash collections, corrections, and posting of sales statements into SAP.
• Manage supervisor ID creation in POS, MGO/Miro reversals, and MAP updates.
• Provide SAP finance support, including FI postings, salary simulation, and deductions coordination with HR.
• Handle VAT assessment report preparation for NBR submissions.
• Ensure timely booking and payment of utility invoices before due dates.
• Support month-end closing processes (MM and FI side), including consignment sales verification and reporting to Procurement.
• Prepare monthly audit and financial reports for the Finance Manager.
• Plan, organize, and supervise physical inventory counts (cyclic, half-yearly, year-end, and special counts).
• Assist in annual budget preparation and external audit processes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD500.000 - BD700.000 per month
