Job description

ABC Plumbing, Sewer, Heating, Cooling and Electric is one of the top-rated residential service providers in the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs. ABC is looking for an outstanding full-time Auditor who is an efficient, detail-oriented problem solver and has excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Sorting, Coding, and reviewing the accuracy of service tickets
• Tracking and reporting on issues related to complete and proper documentation of technicians’ paperwork
• Conduct audits of customer accounts to verify billing accuracy and completeness
• Collaboration and working effectively with field personnel, sales, accounting and customer service
• Performing other responsibilities and special projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have proficient math skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively and work independently
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
• Knowledge of ERP systems and programs such as Word and Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Excel Experience: 2 years (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time
