Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Auditor Manager to oversee internal audit operations and ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, accounting standards, and risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead and manage the internal audit team to plan and conduct audits across all departments.

● Evaluate financial records, systems, and internal controls to identify areas of improvement.

● Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.

● Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans.

● Review and monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.

● Analyze financial statements to detect inaccuracies or fraud.

● Assist in the development and improvement of audit methodologies and procedures.

● Liaise with external auditors and provide required documentation and support.

● Present audit findings and reports to senior management.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

● Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.

● Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial regulations.

● Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

● High attention to detail, integrity, and professional ethics.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
