Audubon Fence - Fence Repair Person and Yard Help

Overview
Seeking a person preferably with fence installation knowledge. This position requires you to:

Show up at 7 am

Help multiple crews of installers load material, concrete, etc.. for the day's installations

Keep the yard organized and clean/ clear

Pick up material from suppliers when necessary with pickup truck and trailer

Go and perform 1 to 3 small fence repairs for the rest of the day such as replacing top rails, gates, etc... usually do to tree or wind damage.

MUST have valid driver's license

MUST be able to tow a trailer with a pickup truck

MUST be very reliable

MUST be willing to work in hot summer days as well as cold winter days outdoors.

Pay is $20 per hour plus bonus of $75 per repair completed.

Expected pay per year between $55,000 to $62,000 based on past employees.

Duties

• Repair and install fence.
• Assist with yard cleanup and assisting installation crews load materials in morning.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials like wood, concrete bags, and fencing supplies to support project needs.
• Maintain safety by organizing tools, clearing debris, and following safety protocols.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fence installation and knowledge is preferred.
• VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE IS A MUST for traveling between job sites.
• Must be reliable and on time.
• Hours are 7 am to 3 pm Monday through Friday.
• This is a year round position.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
