Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (35 hours/week guaranteed)
Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out
Commitment/Contract Length: This is a short-term position for 6 months - highly likelihood of extending if it’s a great match.

A peek behind the front door...
Children's Ages: Care will be for one infant around 3 months old at start date.
About the Children:
This sweet baby boy is happy, healthy, and has a very chill temperament. He is currently exclusively nursing but also takes a bottle.
He is still developing his routine and not yet on a strict schedule, so the family is looking for a nanny who can help guide him into consistent sleep and feeding rhythms over time. He enjoys movement and is already rolling from belly to back.
About the Family:
These first-time parents describe themselves as laid-back, outdoorsy, and easygoing.
Mom works from home in a dedicated basement office and will be available for nursing and support throughout the day.
Dad works full-time outside of the home.
About the Pets:
The family has one golden retriever who is sweet but energetic. The dog will typically stay with Mom during the workday, and no pet care is required - all candidates must be pet friendly.
Additional Notes:
Grandma will be present for a short period at the beginning, allowing for some flexibility with the start date. The family enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors and hopes to incorporate walks and outings as the baby grows.
Key Responsibilities
A day in the life...
Standard Duties:
All standard infant nanny duties, including bottle prep, baby laundry, cleaning bottles, tidying play areas, and maintaining an organized nursery, engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities, and helping establish healthy sleep routines and nap schedules.
Travel Requirements:
No travel is required for this position, but the family would love someone who is open to it occasionally, and with advanced notice.
Desired Skills And Abilities
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…
2+ years of professional infant experience
Strong understanding of infant development, sleep conditioning, and routines
Proactive yet respectful of a collaborative parent/nanny dynamic
Someone who values building a long-term relationship if the role extends
Patient and nurturing, especially with sleep training and nap transitions
Compensation And Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):
The family is offering $30-$35/hour (gross).
Benefits and Perks Offered:
This family is offering all standard benefits, including 1 week of paid time off, paid holidays, accrued sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job OR a vehicle to drive on the job.

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
