AUT Supervisor

Minimum Roles and Responsibilities but not limited to will be as follows

• To take all precautions to protect the environment
• Work in such manner as to ensure self-safety as well as that of co-worker's safety in well covered with.
• Avail themselves of company internal and any other required training programs as and when required by the management
• Shall participate in the daily toolbox talks and follow the instruction from the site coordinators/crew leaders
• Use and maintain all safety devices provided for executions of job as delegated.
• Maintain and properly use all tools under their control & to use right tools for the Job.
• Provide fellow employees help with safety attitudes and its requirements.
• Report for work in clothing suitable for work, and in such a manner that clothes, and jewelry worn will not constitute a hazard.
• Perform the work in a safe and alert manner, and be aware of the possibility of unseen dangers or situations.
• Are not expected to sacrifice their own or other’s Safety to perform their duties.
• Keep clean work Area & maintain Housekeeping.
• Complete Supervision of AUT team & communicating with client representatives for any technical issues.
• Preparation of AUT setup for the demonstration.
• Performing AUT demonstration as per the project specific and AUT procedural requirements.
• Planning the inspection activities as per project scope and site condition to avoid waiting & wastage of resources
• Perform AUT, Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing and TOFD on various types of jobs liase with approved procedural requirements.
• Able to perform required calibrations and demonstrations as per the project specific approved procedures.
• Able to interpret the specific code requirements related to AUT, PAUT & TOFD.
• Prepare Scan plan using ES beam tool or NDT setup builder, collect PAUT data and able to do interpretation either in Omni PC or Tomoview.
• Prepare final inspection reports as per the approved procedural requirements.
• Able to perform the inspection activities as per project scope and site condition to avoid waiting & wastage of resources.
• Able to troubleshoot the problems occur in the NDT equipment’s of AUT, Phased Array & TOFD System to support the maintenance engineers.
