Authority Approval Manager

The Role
Position Title: Authority Approval Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A leading workspace design and fit-out company, creating sustainable and high-performance offices for top-tier clients across the UAE -Building and maintaining a network of industry partners, public authorities, government (local, national & international) and key decisions who will help facilitate the successful completion of the project. -Manage and oversee all fit-out authority approvals from design through completion. Liaise with Dubai authorities and master developers. -Review fit-out drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents for compliance. Track approval status, manage approval schedules, and mitigate delays impacting the project program. -Support handover and completion processes, including as-built documentation and final approvals

Requirements

• Male, Arabic speaker, aged 45 years old and below -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field -Proven experience in interior, fit-out projects within the UAE, preferably with Tier 1 contractors and managing approvals for large-scale, high-value fit-out projects -Proficient in AutoCAD, document control systems, and MS Office and knowledgeable in Dubai authority approval processes and regulations
