Authority Coordinator

Autolink Contracting LLC (ALC) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Authority Coordinator to oversee and manage all approvals, permits, and NOCs from relevant Dubai authorities. The candidate must have extensive knowledge of UAE regulations and hands-on experience coordinating with government and semi-government entities for residential, commercial, and high-rise construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and obtain all required approvals, NOCs, and permits for construction projects from authorities such as:
• Dubai Municipality (DM)
• Dubai Development Authority (DDA)
• Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA)
• Dubai Civil Defence (DCD)
• RTA (Roads & Transport Authority)
• Trakhees / EHS / DEQ
• Etisalat & DU (Telecom)
• Empower / Tabreed (District Cooling)

Master developers:

• Manage and obtain all required approvals, NOCs, and permits for construction projects from authorities such as:
• Dubai properties
• Nakheel properties
• Meydan
• Meraas
• Prepare and submit authority-related documents, drawings, and applications in compliance with the latest codes and requirements.
• Maintain excellent relations with authority representatives and ensure smooth coordination for approvals.
• Act as the single point of contact between project teams, consultants, and authorities.
• Track and update project approval schedules, ensuring that authority requirements do not delay project timelines .
• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve authority comments and resubmissions.
• Stay updated on latest regulations, bylaws, and authority procedures in Dubai.
• Support the project team during design review, construction phase, and handover approvals .

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management (preferred).
• Minimum 7–10 years of authority coordination experience in Dubai.
• Proven expertise in securing approvals for G+P+High-rise residential and commercial buildings .
• Comprehensive knowledge of Dubai authority procedures, bylaws, and online portals .
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and authority requirements simultaneously.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
