Architect Authorities Coordinator

One of Dubai’s leading Engineering consultancy, architecture and environmental companies with a diversified business in the building industry is looking to hire “Architect Authorities Coordinator

Responsibilities (but not limited):

· Provide technical support to secure approvals, agreements or undertakings with other governmental departments and third parties.

· Actively support the monitoring and implementation of requirements to obtain Building Permits, necessary NOC’s and approvals.

· Tracks and maintains accurate and up-to-date information on the status of permits.

Requirements (All are mandatory)

1. Should be Architectural Graduate

2. Experience: 5 – 10 years

3. Previously worked with local Dubai authorities (Dubai Municipality (DM) Permit Approvals, Sharjah Municipality Permit Approvals, DEWA, SEWA, TRAKHEES, DDA, DCD, SCD and RTA) and other agencies ensuring all design submittals comply with regulations.

4. Knowledge of Dubai and Sharjah local authorities’ rules, regulations & procedures.

5. Excellent interpersonal & Communications skills (Arabic & English)

Monthly Package: AED 10,000 - 15,000
