Authority Coordinator

  • Job Summary:

Al Marina Holding is seeking a proactive and experienced Authority Coordinator to manage approvals and coordinate with government entities for infrastructure and civil-related projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of civil drawings and proven experience handling authority submissions through TAMM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with government authorities including Municipality, Traffic (TAMM), and utility providers
  • Prepare, review, and submit civil drawings such as access roads, driveways, and road works for approvals
  • Manage and track all authority approvals to ensure timely project progress
  • Liaise effectively with government departments to resolve comments and obtain necessary clearances
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of submissions and approvals
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and authority requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in authority coordination within the UAE, preferably Abu Dhabi
  • Strong knowledge of civil drawings (access roads, driveways, road works)
  • Hands-on experience with TAMM submissions and approval processes
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills with government entities
  • Ability to manage multiple submissions and deadlines efficiently
  • Arabic language proficiency is mandatory

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Previous experience working with developers or contracting companies in the UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
