Job Overview

We are hiring fresh graduates to join our US healthcare operations team as Prior Authorization Executives. This role is ideal for candidates with strong English communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and an interest in building a career in US healthcare and revenue cycle management (RCM). Candidates must be willing to work night shifts and learn authorization workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in prior authorization processes for medical procedures, medications, and services
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
• Submit authorization requests through insurance portals, fax, or calls
• Follow up on authorization statuses with insurance companies
• Maintain accurate documentation and authorization records
• Coordinate with internal billing, coding, and clinical teams
• Use MS Excel for tracking authorization status and reports
• Communicate professionally with insurance representatives when required

Eligibility & Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (completed)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Fluency in English (spoken & written) is mandatory
• Basic knowledge and practical use of MS Excel
• Basic call center or customer service experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Must be a permanent resident of Lahore
• Must not be a student
• Willingness to work night shift (US shift)
