Job Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

Review and audit inspectors’ observations to ensure compliance with municipal regulations and standards.

Identify and document additional observations that are not previously noted by inspectors.

Take necessary actions based on findings from audits and inspections.

Forward closure and seizure cases to the Field Support Unit as per protocol when applicable.

Maintain confidentiality concerning sensitive information related to construction facilities and their owners.

Demonstrate professionalism in all communications and interactions with the public and stakeholders.

Adhere to standardized reasons for canceling violations and ensure accurate documentation.

Complete assigned tasks in the designated system efficiently, ensuring all information is logged before the end of the workday.
