AUTO AC ELECTRICIAN

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot AC system faults, electrical issues, and wiring problems.
• Perform repairs on compressors, condensers, evaporators, and AC lines.
• Conduct AC gas refilling, leak testing, and system calibration.
• Inspect and repair automotive electrical systems including batteries, alternators, starters, relays, and wiring circuits.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify system failures accurately.
• Perform regular maintenance on AC units and electrical components.
• Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards.
• Maintain proper records of repairs, parts used, and work completed.
• Collaborate with mechanics, supervisors, and service advisors for accurate job estimation and scheduling.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Auto AC Electrician.
• Strong knowledge of AC diagnostics and automotive electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Experience using AC and electrical diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of modern vehicle electronics is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
