Auto Body Technician

Four Seasons Collision is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Autobody Technician to join our growing team. This position is seeking experienced technicians who are eager to learn and build hands-on skills in a professional collision repair environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Examine damaged vehicles and efficiently plan the repair process
• Perform high-quality repairs while maintaining on-time completion
• Communicate clearly with team members regarding vehicle repair status
• Make sound decisions on repair vs. replacement with safety, cost, and cycle time in mind
• Participate in all required safety meetings
• Direct and assist helpers when needed, explaining procedures and addressing questions

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience preferred: 3–5 years in a body shop as an Autobody Technician or Painter
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Certification in body repair
• Experience with manufacturer repair processes (quarter panel replacement, etc.)
• I-CAR welding certification preferred
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Solid understanding of vehicle diagnostics and proper repair techniques
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:

• Welding: 3 years (Preferred)
