Land Rover Knoxville is seeking a friendly, professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team on Saturdays. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a customer-facing environment, and can help create a welcoming first impression for our dealership.

As the face of our showroom, you will greet customers, answer incoming calls, assist with basic administrative tasks, and help ensure a smooth and positive experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

• Greet and assist all showroom guests in a professional, friendly manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Schedule appointments for sales and service teams
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
• Assist with light administrative tasks and data entry
• Support the team in delivering an excellent customer experience

• Customer service, receptionist, or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable handling phones and interacting with customers
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
