Responsibilities - Service Technician:</div> 
<div></div><ul><li>
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and high-voltage vehicle systems to manufacturer standards</li><li>
Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, etc.)</li><li>
Accurately document all work performed, including parts and labor</li><li>
Communicate repair needs and timelines clearly with Service Advisors and customers</li><li>
Use diagnostic tools and equipment safely while maintaining a clean, compliant workspace</li><li>
Stay current on Porsche systems, new technologies, and repair methods through ongoing training</li></ul><div> 
Qualifications/Requirements - Service Technician:</div> 
<ul><li>
2+ years of automotive technician experience required</li><li>
Experience with Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, or Volkswagen highly valued</li><li>
Porsche Gold Master or Classic Certification is a major plus</li><li>
Proficiency with PIWIS, PET2, Hunter alignment equipment preferred</li><li>
Familiarity with CDK, myKaarma, or other DMS platforms a plus</li><li>
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills</li><li>
Ability to work independently with a detail- and results-driven mindset</li><li>

Responsibilities - Service Technician:<ul><li>
Communicate with customers and/or service advisors for a description of vehicle problems, discuss work to be performed, and any anticipated future repairs.</li><li>
Repair / service all vehicle systems such as brakes, A/C, tires, transmission, engine, oil changes, fluid flushes, warranty work, and recalls.</li><li>
Test and adjust required systems to meet manufacturers' performance specifications.</li><li>
Test-drive vehicles, test components, and systems.</li><li>
Keep training up to date.</li><li>
Keep abreast of the federal, state, and local regulations that affect operations; comply with hazardous waste disposal and OSHA Right-to-Know regulations; provide necessary training on these regulations and ethical practices.</li><li>
Be prepared to work extended hours when necessary to achieve goals.</li></ul>
