Hugh White Honda is HIRING NOW for a Service Scheduler to respond to internet inquiries, answer calls, and schedule and confirm appointments for vehicle repairs, routine maintenance, and more!

Enjoy working in our fun, fast-paced Business Development Center! Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, friendly, and have excellent customer service skills and experience with high inbound/outbound phone calls. We will train you to succeed and offer advancement opportunities!

Responsibilities – Service BDC:

• Answer all inbound phone calls for the service department and schedule appointments for the service department
• Inform customers of special programs/incentives
• Call to confirm service appointments
• Follow up with every service customer regarding his or her satisfaction with the service department
• Greet customers cordially and guide them to the relevant location depending on the purpose of their visit
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements – Service BDC:

• Onsite position
• Must be able to work evenings until 8 PM on Monday – Thursday
• Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills required
• Previous experience with high inbound/outbound calls required
• 2+ years of customer service and phone experience required
• Computer/internet savvy
• Previous experience in real estate, call centers, or retail translate well in this position!
• Must be a motivated and goal-driven candidate who will make an immediate impact and help us to continue to grow
