Position Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and executing a unified digital marketing strategy across multiple dealership locations. This role drives measurable growth in leads, sales, and customer engagement by leveraging advanced technologies, data-driven insights, and innovative marketing practices.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy for all rooftops.
  • Align campaigns with corporate objectives while tailoring for local market needs.
  • Utilize AI-driven analytics, marketing automation, and personalization tools.
  • Implement advanced attribution modeling and event-based analytics for ROI tracking.
  • Optimize for emerging search technologies and voice/AI-driven customer interactions.
  • Deploy programmatic advertising, dynamic retargeting, and video-first strategies.
  • Ensure mobile-first, fast-loading websites with optimized Vehicle Detail Pages (VDPs).
  • Drive local SEO dominance and manage online business profiles for all locations.
  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns (search, social, video, display) with data-driven optimization.
  • Build a cohesive social presence with engaging content and video storytelling.
  • Deliver monthly dashboards with actionable insights for leadership.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Appointment set-to-show rate and conversion ratio, by source
  • Engagement rate, average session duration, and VDP views.
  • CTR, impression share, and cost-per-conversion for paid campaigns.
  • Engagement rate, follower growth, and review response rate.
  • Gross Profit Per Unit (GPU) and marketing ROI across rooftops.
  • Achieve improvement in marketing ROI through data-driven strategies.
  • Increase qualified lead volume year-over-year.
  • Ensure mobile optimization and 90+ Google Page Speed score for all sites.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years in automotive digital marketing leadership, with multi-location experience.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, social advertising, analytics, and marketing automation. Understanding of GEO and consistent curiosity to ensure expertise exceeds pace of new technology
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage $5M+ annual budget.


Preferred Skills:

  • Google Ads & Analytics certifications. As well as certifications in Digital Marketing Strategies: Data, Automation, AI, and Analytics
  • Experience with advanced attribution and omnichannel marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with automotive retail platforms and inventory management systems.


Income Range:

$85,000 to $125,000+ commensurate with experience.
