Auto Electrician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various projects. Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in commercial and industrial settings
• Troubleshoot electrical faults using diagnostic tools and techniques
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints accurately
• Ensure all work complies with current electrical codes and safety standards
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs undertaken
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and project managers to complete tasks efficiently
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential electrical issues before they escalate
• Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, as well as power tools including drills and saws

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrician or similar role within a relevant industry setting
• Mechanical knowledge to understand complex systems and troubleshoot effectively
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Physical strength for heavy lifting tasks associated with installation and maintenance work
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints accurately
• Relevant qualifications such as a recognised Electrical Installation or Maintenance certification
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Commitment to adhering to health & safety regulations at all times
