• Conduct oil changes and other routine maintenance services efficiently and accurately.
• Perform vehicle inspections and identify any potential issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about services rendered.
• Assist in training new team members on proper procedures and best practices.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and technology to enhance skills and service quality.

• 
  Previous experience in automotive service or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
