Job Title: Auto Glass Sales Representative (Dealership Partner)

About the Role:

Dealer's Choice Auto Glass is hiring qualified Auto Glass Sales Representatives to work on-site at partnered dealerships (Honda, Toyota, GMC, etc.).

In this role, you will work directly with customers who are already at the dealership for service. You will inspect windshields for damage, explain replacement options, and help customers move forward with service, including assisting with the insurance claims process.

This is a customer-facing role where you will manage your own daily workflow and have the opportunity to increase your earnings through commission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicles for windshield damage such as chips and cracks
• Speak with customers about replacement options and recommend appropriate services
• Build trust with customers and address questions or concerns
• Help customers navigate the insurance claims process
• Coordinate replacements with the service team
• Track and document inspections, conversations, and outcomes
• Manage your own pipeline of customers throughout the day

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable discussing services and asking for the sale
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Compensation:

• Hourly base pay: $12.50 – $15.00 per hour
• Commission on completed replacements
• Uncapped earning potential based on performance
