KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Promote EG-Bank Auto Loans product through selling, cross selling, to existing and potential customers to maximize the Bank’ market share and achieve the set budget
- Resolve all customers’ complaints received and work on resolving all raised issues to ensure a better customer experience.
- Prepare sales reports and advise Direct Sales Auto Loan supervisor with the sales progress and discuss weekly/ daily/ monthly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers.
- Ensure that customers are aligned with all the products features through sharing the necessary information to avoid any customer dissatisfaction
- Maintains a strong relationship with customers and work constantly on improving it, and ensures that service quality exceeds customers’ expectations and fulfills customers’ needs on a level that ensures preserving those customers.
- Scan the market competition through identifying other bank’s programs, and propose any required enhancement to the Auto Loan Supervisor to take forward with the relevant team.
- Follows all relevant approved department’s policies, and procedures and monitors adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
- Follow the day-to-day operations related to the Sales Channel Department to ensure continuity of work
- Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal EG Bank policies and code of conduct to maintain EG Bank’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting or its equivalence
- 0 to 2 years of experience, preferred exposure in a sales job.

- Good command of English and Arabic languages (written and spoken)
