What you’ll do

• Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately.
• Execute repairs on various vehicle systems, including powertrain, electrical systems, and alignment.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for maintenance and repair tasks.
• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance services to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems.
• Interpret schematics and technical manuals for efficient repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair needs clearly to clients.
• Stay updated on advancements in automotive technology, including Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) and diesel engine repair.

Basic qualifications

• Proven mechanic experience with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in a dealership setting.
• Familiarity with GM vehicles and auto body repair techniques.
• Knowledge of welding practices related to automotive repairs.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting.
