🔧 Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 20 years of experience in EPC construction projects within the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery sector
• Proven expertise in managing mechanical, electrical, and civil scopes of work
• Strong track record in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management
• Experience with multicultural teams and contractor management in fast-paced environments

• Oversee complete site execution ensuring adherence to project timelines, cost, and quality
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project control teams
• Lead safety, quality, and productivity initiatives across all disciplines
