Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Auto Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain various makes and models of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in auto repairs, maintenance, diagnostics, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough diagnostics on vehicles to identify issues with the engine, transmission, brakes, electrical systems, and more.
• Repair and replace faulty parts, including brakes, tires, suspension, and other mechanical or electrical components.
• Conduct regular maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and inspections.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used on each vehicle.
• Provide clients with clear explanations of repairs and maintenance requirements.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety.
• Ensure the workshop and garage area are kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technology, repair methods, and industry standards.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure necessary parts and tools are available for ongoing repairs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an auto mechanic or car technician (minimum 2 years).
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for a variety of vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, etc.).
• Knowledge of both modern and older vehicle models.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to clients.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred (for test drives and on-site repairs).
• Certification or formal training in automotive repair is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with both domestic and imported vehicle brands.
• Familiarity with advanced diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Ability to work on electric or hybrid vehicles is a plus.
• Fluency in English and/or Arabic.

• Hourly Rate: AED 60 - AED 70 per hour, based on experience and expertise.

Pay: AED60.00 - AED70.00 per hour
