Auto Painter - Alzayani Investments

Bodyworks is seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Painter to join our team. This full-time position will be based in Bahrain, India. The Auto Painter will be responsible for preparing and painting vehicles to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
Mix paints to match manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.
Apply paint using spray guns and other specialised equipment.
Ensure proper paint coverage and finish quality.
Inspect finished work for imperfections and make necessary corrections.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Stay up-to-date with the latest painting techniques and technologies.

Qualifications:

Proven 2-5 years of experience as an Auto Painter, preferably in a similar environment.
Strong understanding of paint mixing and application techniques.
Proficiency in using spray guns and other painting equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines.
Familiarity with automotive paint systems and products.
A relevant qualification in auto body repair or painting would be advantageous.
