The ALL-NEW BodyWerks Collision Center, part of the Furrow Automotive Group and one of the most advanced collision repair environments in the US, is hiring now for a Auto Parts Advisor / Blueprint Parts Specialist to support our growing luxury-certified collision center. This is not a traditional counter role. We need a detail-driven professional who understands how to work directly from blueprints, repair plans, OEM procedures, and production schedules to keep repairs moving efficiently and profitably.

Position Summary
The Parts Advisor plays a critical role in the repair process by managing parts from estimate to delivery. This role works closely with blueprint technicians, estimators, production managers, vendors, and technicians to ensure every repair order has the right parts, on time, at the right cost.

Key Responsibilities:

Review repair plans and blueprints to identify all required parts before repairs begin
-
Source and order OEM, aftermarket, and specialty parts through approved vendors
-
Verify part numbers, pricing, availability, and supersessions for accuracy
-
Track backorders and quickly secure alternatives to avoid delays
-
Receive, inspect, mirror-match, and stage parts by repair order
-
Work closely with technicians and management to support efficient repair flow
-
Help prevent delays by ensuring parts are accurate, complete, and on time

Manage returns, damaged parts, and supplements as needed
-
Maintain organized inventory and clean parts storage areas

Reconcile invoices, track costs, and maintain accurate records in line with OEM standards
Qualifications / Requirements:

Previous collision center or dealership parts experience preferred

CCC, CDK, Mitchell, or similar systems experience a plus
-
Strong understanding of blueprinting process

Excellent organization and urgency

Ability to multitask under pressure

Strong communication skills

Detail oriented with high accountability

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
