Job Summary

We are a well-established automotive spare parts business seeking a highly experienced Auto Parts Sales Advisor to join our team. This position is suited for a professional who has worked locally in multiple automotive spare parts shops and understands the demands of a fast-paced counter sales environment.

The ideal candidate is someone who can be trusted to manage responsibilities independently, maintain high standards of professionalism, and represent the business with integrity and technical confidence at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers professionally and accurately identify required spare parts
• Interpret vehicle details, part numbers, and customer requirements with precision
• Prepare clear quotations, invoices, and counter sales transactions
• Manage multiple customer requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and organization
• Coordinate with the store and warehouse team to ensure parts availability and timely supply
• Take ownership of counter sales operations from inquiry to final delivery
• Address customer questions or issues calmly and professionally, taking initiative to resolve concerns
• Recommend correct and suitable parts honestly, including alternatives where appropriate
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory movements, and documentation
• Uphold company policies, quality standards, and customer service expectations

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive spare parts counter sales
• Local experience required, preferably across multiple spare parts shops
• Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts, both genuine and aftermarket
• Ability to identify parts using part numbers, catalogs, and vehicle information
• Strong communication and customer service skills
