EUROPEAN LIGHT VEHICLE SPARE PARTS SALES EXECUTIVE

We are seeking an experienced European Car Spare Parts & Oils Specialist to support the launch and growth of products in the Qatar market (Opportunity to work with a leading German brand) . The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on knowledge of European vehicle spare parts, EPC systems, and automotive oils, with the ability to support sales, customer inquiries, and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Spare Parts & Technical Support

• Handle European car spare parts identification using EPC systems (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, VAG, Audi, Porsche, Volvo, etc.)
• Accurately identify parts using VIN/chassis numbers
• Provide technical support to sales team, workshops, and customers
• Manage product cross-references (OE vs aftermarket OEM brands)

Sales & Customer Coordination

• Support counter sales and B2B customers (garages, fleets, distributors)
• Prepare quotations and assist in order processing
• Build strong relationships with workshops and spare parts customers

Inventory & Market Support

• Assist in stock planning and demand forecasting
• Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items
• Share market feedback on pricing, competitors, and customer needs

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years experience in European car spare parts (mandatory)
• Strong working knowledge of EPC systems and parts catalogues
• Experience with European vehicle brands (BMW, Mercedes, VAG, Volvo, etc.)
• Knowledge of automotive oils & lubricants (preferred)
• Experience in Qatar or GCC automotive market (strong advantage)
• Valid Qatar Driving License or GCC license (preferred)

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent parts identification and technical knowledge
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to work independently and support business growth
• Computer literacy (ERP, Excel, EPC software)
• English required (Arabic is an advantage)

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
