Auto Spare Pars & Accessories Salesperson

My4x4 distributor of ARB, Australia's leading manufacturer, distributor and retailer of 4x4 accessories in Oman, Jeep World is seeking an energetic Sales Person for its Muscat Branch.

• About the Role
• We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Mopar Auto Spare Parts Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about cars, understands spare parts, and can deliver excellent customer service while driving sales growth.
• Key Responsibilities
• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct Mopar spare parts
• Manage inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and in-store visits
• Maintain product knowledge of Mopar parts and compatibility
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up with customers
• Coordinate with the warehouse team and My4x4 service center for stock availability
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
• Requirements
• Experience in auto spare parts sales (Mopar experience is a strong advantage)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to identify parts using catalogs or chassis numbers
• Basic computer skills (billing, WhatsApp, inventory systems)
• Motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

The successful candidate will possess the motivation and enthusiasm to achieve company sales targets and enjoy working in a team environment. An exceptional phone manner and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RO170.000 - RO250.000 per month
