Job Summary:
The Auto Spare Parts Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of automotive spare parts, identifying customer needs, providing accurate product solutions, and maintaining long-term client relationships. This role focuses on achieving monthly sales targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in both retail and corporate markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote, market, and sell automotive spare parts to retail and corporate clients across multiple vehicle brands.
- Handle walk-in customers and respond promptly to phone, email, and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Provide accurate details on parts compatibility, availability, specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure proper stock availability and timely delivery.
- Maintain and update sales records, quotations, invoices, and customer databases in the system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Support in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in auto spare parts sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of automobile spare parts (multi-brand experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (Tally, SAP, or similar).
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
