Auto Spare Parts Coordinator Sales

Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Auto Spare Parts Advisor to join our team immediately.
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in automotive spare parts, excellent customer service skills, and currently reside in the UAE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct spare parts for their vehicles.
  • Provide professional advice regarding parts specifications, availability, and alternatives.
  • Handle customer inquiries both in-person and over the phone
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained and assist in inventory management.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and necessary documentation efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the workshop team to fulfill internal parts requests promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized and attentive service

  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) as a Spare Parts Advisor in the automotive sector.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts (OEM and aftermarket).
  • Excellent communication skills in English .
  • Customer-focused attitude with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
  • Familiar with parts catalog systems and inventory management software.
  • Currently residing in the UAE and ready to join immediately.

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
