Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Automotive Storekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of automotive spare parts, inventory control, and workshop operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, organize, and maintain the spare parts store efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming automotive parts and materials.
- Issue required spare parts to technicians as per job card requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update the system regularly.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of all parts.
- Coordinate with suppliers for order placements, follow-ups, and returns.
- Update parts in Mass Garage ERP or any similar workshop system.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the store at all times.
- Avoid shortages by monitoring fast-moving parts and critical stock.
- Prepare inventory reports and assist management in purchase planning.
- Work closely with the workshop team for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai as an Automotive Storekeeper.
- Strong knowledge of spare parts for all types of cars (especially German cars is an advantage).
- Experience using Mass Garage ERP or similar systems (big advantage).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Young, energetic, and able to work under pressure.
- Must be a team player and support workshop operations.
