Auto Transport Dispatcher

PKR 60,000–80,000. US auto transport dispatch. Central Dispatch operations, carrier negotiation, full load board management. Night shift, Gulistan-e-Johar. 2 years of hands-on dispatch experience required.

ABS International has operated as a Direct US Principal since 2012. We run our own vehicle shipping operations — our own carrier network, our own Central Dispatch accounts, our own load board. No broker middleman above us. No client that can shut the operation down.

We are adding an Auto Transport Dispatcher to our night shift team. This is not a training role.

What the desk looks like

You will open your shift on Central Dispatch, work your assigned lanes, post and cover loads, and negotiate rates directly with carriers and brokers. You will manage active shipments through Super Dispatch — updating statuses, tracking ETAs, handling exceptions when a driver goes dark or a pickup window closes. You will verify MC numbers and FMCSA compliance before any new carrier touches our freight. You will process BOLs and COD collections accurately, every shift.

When a carrier calls at 11 PM with a problem load 400 miles from origin, you handle it. No escalation chain. Your judgment, your carrier relationships, your solution.

What we need from you

At minimum 2 years working US auto transport dispatch on Central Dispatch — not logistics generally, not freight brokerage, not trucking coordination. Specifically auto transport, specifically Central Dispatch. You know the difference between open and enclosed rates, how to read a carrier's MC age, when to negotiate hard and when a rate is already at floor. Your English is clear and professional for direct US carrier and broker communication.

Night shift 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday to Saturday, on-site in Gulistan-e-Johar is the requirement.

What you earn

PKR 60,000 – 80,000 per month guaranteed base. Performance incentives tied to load volume. Salary reviewed at 90 days.
